The apartment with approximately 50 m2 of living area consists of a double room with extra bed, kitchen, living room, bathroom and two terraces, one of which is a roofed terrace of 15 m2. Parking is located near the apartment.

Apartment location is ideal - even though the apartment is at a peaceful location in Pomer, it is also only 6 km from the city of Pula and international airport, at the exit of the Istrian Ypsilon motorway, near the sea and beaches, and near Camping Pomer and ACI Marina Pomer (300 - 400m). Restaurants and grocers are only 20 m away, while Medulin town with the entertainment centers is only about 3 km away.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, and it has central heating, which is suitable for holidays and accommodation in the cooler months of autumn and winter.

Where are we?

Pomer is a small town in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, situated above a shallow Pomer Bay, which was once known for fishing and shellfish farming, while today it is known for Pomer Camping and ACI marina. Old Romans also appreciated the beauty of Pomer Bay, where they founded Pomoerium with luxurious spas and villas and a port.

During the summer you can take part in Pomer folk festival or listen to classical music concerts held in churches. Pomer is an old fishing town and its offer includes good restaurants with seafood and other Istrian specialties and wines.

Pomer and the surrounding towns offer a variety of sports activities - volleyball, biking, windsurfing, scuba diving, tennis, hiking trails, and all water sports.
